The PR Training Centre announces Advanced PR skills workshop for 15 August

London, 10 July 2008: Handling media interviews, media crisis management and digital PR Skills are all high on the agenda of the one-day Advanced PR skills workshop to be run by The PR Training Centre on Friday 15 August.

The one-day workshop looks at some of the most up-to-date ideas in PR, including using Digital PR techniques to enhance the impact of PR campaigns and the effective integration of PR with other aspects of marketing.

Says course presenter Jacqui Green, ‘Our Advanced PR Skills workshops are immensely popular because there is strong emphasis on practical exercises with opportunities for delegates to sit in the ‘hot seat’ as interview subjects being questioned by an experienced journalist.’

‘Delegates also get plenty of time to discuss issues specific to their business and to get expert input and ideas from our expert trainers as well as other delegates. The course offers an open, lively and flexible forum to discuss PR topics with other professionals.’

Over the past four years, delegates have attended one-day workshops from companies that include; Carlton TV, Morgan Stanley, Associated Newspapers, British Red Cross, EMAP, Institute of Directors, Merril Lynch, BBC World Service, AstraZeneca, Wilkinsons, British Holidays, Southwest Trains, Campaign for Real Ale, Konica-Minolta, Arena Leisure, World Television, Oyezstraker, BOSE, Lichtenstein Lottery, Which? and Virgin Money.
